Website, App & Server Bug Fixing

When something breaks, you need to understand what happened and how to get moving again. We investigate issues across applications, integrations and servers.

Get the project moving again.

Bring the error, broken workflow or deployment that will not behave. We work through the code, environment and integrations to identify the cause and check the affected path after a fix. We explain what changed, what was tested and any remaining dependency on an external service.

A clear scope from the start

What the work can include.

  • A diagnosis tied to reproduction steps and the affected environment.
  • The agreed correction or recovery work, with a record of what changed.
  • Verification of the original failure and relevant nearby workflows, including remaining external dependencies.

Final deliverables depend on the requirements we agree together.

Make the first conversation useful

What to send us.

  • Expected behavior, actual behavior and the shortest reproduction steps.
  • Technology versions, a sanitized error message and recent changes.
  • Business impact, available staging or backups and any timing constraints.

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Do I need to share my whole project for a bug fix?

Start with the error message, a description of the expected behavior, the technology stack and reproduction steps. We can then identify the minimum code, logs or environment access needed. Never post passwords or private keys in a public enquiry.

How do you price this work?

We review the requirements and existing setup, then agree on a scope, deliverables and pricing. Third-party subscriptions, infrastructure and ongoing maintenance are identified separately where applicable.

What happens at handover?

Handover covers the agreed source files, setup or deployment guidance and the results of relevant workflow checks. Any ongoing support or maintenance is agreed as part of the project scope.
